Did WW ever freeze for you?

“Some of our WW players have told us that they experienced difficulties logging into the virtual world at times or there were long waiting times.
Common symptoms include the browser freezing at 0% during the avatar loading stage. This lag is caused by the software engine doing calculations mandatory to launching Wiglington and Wenks. Players with many friends on their buddy list suffer the most from this issue.
The WW team has been working hard on resolving this and we are pleased to say that we have developed a patch that should fix these log-in problems!
Although we are confident that we have nipped the problem in the bud, we would like to urge you to look out for any more such ‘freezing’ issues during your log-in process and report them to info@wiglingtonandwenks.com if you find any more problems.
